HOUSE BILL NO. 150 by Representative Kreiss-Tomkins, entitled:                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
     "An Act requiring state elections and local elections that the state                                                       
     is responsible for conducting to be conducted by mail; requiring                                                           
     certain vote-by-mail ballots and election materials to be provided                                                         
     in certain written languages other than English; establishing an                                                           
     online ballot tracking and registration verification system;                                                               
     establishing voting centers and ballot drop boxes; eliminating the                                                         
     use of polling places, absentee ballots, and questioned ballots in                                                         
     certain elections; and providing for an effective date."
